Opening wholesale orders start at $420 before tax and shipping. Reorders start at $180. House label wholesale orders under 288 units usually pour within 10 business days, with cure time protected before pack out.
Custom shop labels carry a $95.00 one time art and test print fee for approved house vessels. Custom label orders take 15 business days after proof approval and deposit. Event favors start at $9.50 each with a 96 piece minimum, one scent, and a kraft label included.

Wick stability, melt pool behavior, soot, hot throw, and container temperature are checked before a vessel joins the house line.
Cure Window
Soy-coconut wax is not rushed into cartons. Cure dates sit on the batch record beside pour temperature and fragrance lot.
Lot Records
Records keep batch number, pour date, wax lot, wick, vessel, and fragrance percentage for later reorder comparison.
Fragrance Limits
No fragrance load above tested specification, even when a client asks for stronger cold throw before a shelf reset.

Why Leilani Protects the Calendar
Makana Candle Works was founded in Kailua in 2007 by Leilani Reyes after years of making small gift batches for neighborhood shops and family hotel accounts. She still understands the pressure behind a buyer's good deadline: a resort opening, a museum reception, a floral account that suddenly needs welcome gifts, a shelf that looks thin before a holiday weekend. The studio says no to same week private label rushes anyway, not because the opportunity is small, but because cure time and burn testing are the parts nobody sees until something goes wrong. A candle that leaves too early can tunnel, smoke, shift fragrance character, or arrive with labels that have not settled cleanly on the vessel. Leilani would rather give a buyer an honest pour date than a pretty promise that makes the shop absorb the risk. The schedule is firm so the reorder is boring in the best way: same vessel, same wick record, same wax discipline, and cartons that open ready for a shelf.
